Md. Gov. O'Malley to Testify on Marriage Equality Bill

Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley (D) id scheduled to appear in front of the state Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee on Tuesday and testify in favor of the state's proposed marriage equality bill.
