The advocacy group that won passage of same-sex civil unions in Delaware plans to make a major push for same-sex marriage in the state. The News Journal reports that Equality Delaware is ramping up its campaign for full marriage equality with meetings in New Castle and Sussex counties. A meeting is set for Wednesday evening in Rehoboth Beach. Wilmington attorney Lisa Goodman, who is president of Equality Delaware, says 2013 is the right time for same-sex marriage in the state.
