LGBT Advocate Opposes Lawyer's Hiring

LGBT advocate Libby Post recently created a website urging Albany County Executive Dan McCoy to withdraw his nomination of Thomas Marcelle as county attorney. Post has criticized Marcelle's affiliation with the Alliance Defense Fund, an anti-gay group.
