Lesbian Ca. Veteran Sues Over Denial of Benefits

Army veteran Tracey Cooper-Harris filed a lawsuit this week against the federal government because of its refusal to extend spousal protections to her wife. The lawsuit called the denial of the protections "discriminatory and unconstitutional."
