Kalamazoo City Commission Opposes Bill that Could Void Non-Discrimination Ordinances

The Kalamazoo City Commission on Monday unanimously passed a resolution to oppose House Bill 5039, which would make it illegal for local governments to protect LGBT people from discrimination and could void non-discrimination ordinances in several cities across Michigan, including Kalamazoo.
