Janice Langbehn to Receive Presidential Citizens Medal

GLAADThe White House announced this week that Janice Langbehn will be one of the recipients of the Presidential Citizens Medal, which honors “citizens of the United States of America who have performed exemplary deeds of service for their country or their fellow citizens.” Janice gained the attention of the President because of a lawsuit she filed after being kept from the bedside of her partner Lisa Pond during the last hours of Lisa's life.
