HUD Secretary Announces New Equal Access to Housing Rule For LGBT Individuals, Couples

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan on Friday announced a new rule providing LGBT people equal access to housing funded by the department. Donovan said the rule “says clearly and unequivocally that LGBT individuals and couples have the right to live where they choose.”
