Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan on Wednesday reiterated his support for marriage equality and said, "For me personally, it wasn't a change [of opinion] at all. It's something I've been consistently supportive of. It's a personal expression of my personal belief." The Huffington Post notes that Donovan's position is different from President Obama's.
