HIV-Positive Man Who Sued Atlanta Gets New Hearing

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday granted a new hearing to a former investigator with the city of Los Angeles who claimed the Atlanta Police Department rejected his job application because of his HIV status.
