"Hide/Seek: Difference and Desire in American Portraiture" Opening at Brooklyn Museum

The Brooklyn Museum will feature David Wojnarowicz's "A Fire in My Belly" in an exhibition of LGBT-inclusive art titled "Hide/Seek: Difference and Desire in American Portraiture." The piece was removed from the exhibition after protests from the Catholic League and some members of Congress when it was at the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery last year.
