GOP vet: Marriage equality ‘generational’

Craig Stowell is the star of a new TV ad put out by the Respect for Marriage Coalition, a new gay rights group that garnered attention recently for another ad that featured such prominent Republicans as Colin Powell, Dick Cheney and Laura Bush speaking in favor of gay marriage. In the video, Stowell, a 31-year-old Republican Marine Corps veteran talks about why Republicans should support gay marriage, and his own experience supporting his brother’s desire to one day marry a man.
