An openly gay minister in Louisville said he will apply for a marriage license Tuesday after taking part in a non-violent rally for full marriage equality. The reverend Bojangles Blanchard is the leader of the True Colors Ministry at Highland Baptist Church. Blachard is calling on the community for support of equality for same-sex couples across the United States. He said he and his partner will apply for the license at the county clerk's office downtown after the rally.
