Two gay men say they endured anti-gay slurs and were threatened with physical harm by two employees of a Lowe’s home improvement store.
The two men are seeking restraining orders against the employees, claiming the two threatened to go to the couple’s home and harm them.
Linda Roberts-Ross, the attorney for domestic partners Jeremy L. Smythe, 29, and Daniel Soto, 35, filed the petitions against Andy Olague and Frank Villa in Superior Court in Riverside.
