Fox 2000 Remaking Swedish Hit 'Patrik, Age 1.5'

Move over, Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. Another popular Swedish-language film is getting English-language treatment.

Fox 2000 is developing a remake of Patrik, Age 1.5, a 2008 dramedy about a gay couple who adopt what they at first believe to be a 15-month-old baby named Patrik, only to have him turn out to be a homophobic 15-year-old. Allan Loeb (Here Comes the Boom, Just Go With It) is adapting the remake, which will undergo a slight title tweak and be called Patrick 1.5....
