Fla. Transgender Woman Sues Area Police For Discrimination

Erica Kay, who won an appeal last year on her grand theft convictions, recently filed suit against the Panama City Police Department, Parker Police Department and State Attorney's Office and claims she was discriminated against because of her gender identity.
