First Out Vt. State Supreme Court Justice Sworn In

Beth Robinson was sworn in on Monday as the first out member of the Vermont state Supreme Court. Robinson was one of the lawyers who represented three couples in a case that prompted the state legislature to pass a civil unions law. Robinson later joined Vermont Freedom to Marry.
