Federal Judge Rules Prop 8 Trial Videos Can Be Unsealed

Ware just ruled that the video tapes of the Proposition 8 trial can be unsealed. The proponents of the law banning same-sex married had argued the tapes should stay sealed because their witnesses might be harassed, but plaintiffs maintained that the trial was public record.
