Federal Appeals Court Considers Case of Transgender Woman Fired as Georgia Legislative Aide

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday heard an appeal of an earlier ruling in favor of Vandy Beth Glenn, a former Georgia legislative aide who says she was fired because of her transition.
