The Rev. Mark M. Beckwith, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark; Rabbi Matthew D. Gewirtz, senior rabbi of Temple B’Nai Jeshurun in Millburn; and the Rev. E. Roy Riley Jr., bishop of the New Jersey Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America penned an op-ed making the faith case for marriage equality in New Jersey.

I love the ecumenical/interfaith spirit behind this letter. It is written by a rabbi, an Episcopal bishop and a Lutheran bishop.
