Eddie Murphy Out, Brian Grazer In at Oscars

Comedian Eddie Murphy on Wednesday announced his resignation as host of the Academy Awards broadcast. Murphy's resignation comes after the resignation of director Brett Ratner as the broadcast's producer following Ratner's use of an anti-gay slur at a public event. Also on Wednesday, producer Brian Grazer was chosen to fill Ratner's position as producer of the show.
