Deportation Threat Lifted From S.F. Gay Spouse

The Department of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on Wednesday issued a letter to Anthony John Makk, an Australian citizen married to U.S. citizen Bradford Wells, and granted Makk "deferred action" on his deportation case.
