Counseling Student in Appeals Court After Taking Issue with LGBT-Inclusive Training

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments challenging an earlier decision in which a judge ruled that Augusta State University's requirement that graduate student Jennifer Keeton take part in LGBT-inclusive diversity training was "academically legitimate." Keeton claimed in her original lawsuit that her constitutional rights were being violated by the school.
