Controversy continues in Indiana over BMV's decision to yank license plate from LGBT youth group

Justin Ward, Senior Media Field Strategist at GLAADOn Tuesday night the Indiana Youth Group's board of directors voted unanimously to "explore legal options" in the wake of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles' decision to revoke the group's specialty license plate. “It took a long time to get the plates and we are not planning on letting go of them easily,” said Mary Byrne, executive director of the Indiana Youth Group, an organization that provides support services to LGBT and questioning youth.
