A Connecticut man was arrested after police say he confronted school officials in two towns about a decision allowing a high school student to wear a T-shirt bearing an anti-gay message. Police say 69-year-old Derrell Rice of Torrington caused disturbances at a school in Plymouth and the Board of Education offices in Wolcott (WULL'-cut) Wednesday morning. He was charged with breach of peace and trespassing by Wolcott police and with breach of peace by Plymouth police.
