Chilean Senate Passes Anti-Discrimination Law In Wake of Anti-Gay Hate Crime

By a vote of 25 in favor, 3 against, and 3 abstentions, Chile's senate passed an anti-discrimination law dubbed the "Zamudio Law," named after the brutal anti-gay attack on 24-year-old Daniel Zamudio, which eventually resulted in his death.
