At a time when some news outlets, such as ABC and the Lowell Sun Times in Massachusetts, are potentially causing harm to the transgender community, it's refreshing to see that Chicago Tribune reporter Rex Huppke took the time to write a piece that leads to a greater understanding of what it means to identify as a transgender person.
