Chicago Announces Plan to Address LGBT Health

The city of Chicago says it has developed a plan for addressing the specific health needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender residents.

Among the goals, it will search for ways to address higher levels of smoking among the gay community. It will also focus on HIV prevention, obesity and improving access to health care.
