Calif. County Sheriff's Department Accused of Anti-Gay Bias

Michael Lamar Salomonson recently filed suit against the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and accused the department of discriminating against gay inmates because of a policy that puts gay inmates into protective custody, effectively preventing them from accessing a drug rehabilitation program.
