Bill Granting Full Benefits to Federal Workers' Partners Reintroduced

Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman (I-Conn.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) on Friday reintroduced their Domestic Partnership Benefits and Obligations Act, which would extend full benefits to the partners of all federal employees.
