Benefits Fight Brings Lesbian Couple to High Court

The U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled a closed-door conference for Friday to review several legal cases that seek to overturn the so-called "Defense of Marriage" Act (DOMA), and decide which cases, if any, to put on the court's schedule for arguments next year.
