Atlanta LGBT Advocates Plans Rally and Vigil After Video Taped Attack

Brendan Davis, Digital Content Manager at GLAADAtlanta’s local gay community is planning a rally and vigil after an attack on a teen was caught on tape. Gay leaders say they are outraged by video footage of the brutal attack by members of a local Atlanta street gang called the Pittsburgh Jack City Gang. The video was posted on World Star Hip Hop and quickly went viral.The Atlanta Black LGBT Coalition along with other local activists are meeting tonight at the Phillip Rush Center at 6pm to discuss the incident and how the community can to respond and support the victim.
