Arizona AG Will Open Investigation Into Embattled Sheriff

A spokeswoman for Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne on Tuesday said the office was opening investigation of allegations made by the ex-boyfriend of Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, who resigned as co-chairman of former Gov. Mitt Romney's (R-Mass.) presidential campaign after his former boyfriend claimed Babeu threatened to deport him if he publicly discuss their relationship.
