Another Teacher Posts Anti-Gay Facebook Comments

The Joplin Board of Education is investigating allegations that Joplin High School teacher Jim Whitney posted anti-gay comments on a Facebook link posted by a former student. The student posted a news article about the death of Jamie Hubley, to which Whitney reportedly replied, "Moral of the story: Don’t be gay.”
