ACLU Sues to Stop Michigan Law That Ends Public Employer Partner Protections

The American Civil Liberties Union recently filed suit against Michigan Gov. Richard Snyder (R) on behalf of four Michigan public employees and their partners. The ACLU sued to stop enforcement of the state's new law prohibiting some public entities from offering health coverage to partners of employees.
