9th Circuit Hears Prop 8 Arguments

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday will hear arguments in a case brought by the proponents of Proposition 8 challenging last year's ruling that found the law unconstitutional. Proponents want the ruling set aside because Judge Vaughn Walker did not disclose that he was in a relationship with another man.
