UPDATED: Idaho marriage ban ruled unconstitutional; marriages may begin on Friday

A federal judge has issued a ruling calling Idaho's ban on marriage equality unconstitutional. U.S. District Magistrate Candy Dale also issued an injunction to block enforcement on that ban will go into effect at 9:00 AM Friday morning, local time.
