Hablar de homofobia en el fútbol es un tabú. Es un tema que hiere susceptibilidades, principalmente, porque se considera quisquilloso concentrarse en él. La reciente emisión de Sin Filtro -una mesa de debate universitario que se transmite por Foro TV los domingos por la noche- abordó dedicó su último bloque a la intolerancia y discriminación en este deporte. LGBTQ* activism — first ever Latino Institute at National Creating Change Conference

Three weeks ago, I attended the 25th annual Creating Change Conference as part of a delegation from the University of Pennsylvania’s LGBT center. I was fortunate enough to be a part of their first ever Latino Institute — a full day of workshops focusing specifically on the intersection between a Latin@ and queer identity.

Announcing GLAAD's New Media Training Institute and Other Sessions at Creating Change 2013 #CC13 #NMTI

We are excited to announce that from January 24 through 26, we will be presenting a New Media Training Institute (NMTI) and other workshops at Creating Change, the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's annual LGBT organizing conference that will be taking place in Atlanta, GA this year.
