Today, GLAAD announced the nominees for its 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards. One of the selection criteria for the GLAAD Media Awards is "fair, accurate and inclusive representations," meaning nominees include diverse stories about multi-dimensional LGBT representations rather than focus on broad stereotypes. Media representations of the bisexual community are infrequent and often sensationalized or inaccurate, but this year saw several nomination-worthy and bi-inclusive media projects.
