In the summer of 2000, when CBS first locked people in a fishbowl of a house and televised almost every second of their lives, there was a spate of bad press when a newspaper discovered that a participant had ties to the New Black Panther Party. The network quickly issued a statement that said it “will not tolerate nor permit any hate speech on the program,” called “Big Brother.”

MTV's 'Teen Wolf' Airs Gay Kiss Scene

That noise you heard Monday night may have been wolves howling at the moon... or fans howling with the delight!

MTV's "Teen Wolf" delivered the gay goods last night with some good old fashioned teen on werewolf action as the much anticipated (at least in "Teen Wolf" fan circles) Danny and Ethan kissing scene finally happened.

"Glee" fans turned a missing scene into a charity project

It’s just another day at Glee’s McKinley High and off-and-on gay supercouple Kurt and Blaine are strolling down the hall, recapping their friends’ holiday hijinks. Kurt’s not in the holiday spirit after losing all of his improbable bids in an Elizabeth Taylor estate jewelry auction, but Blaine reminds him to be thankful for the things they do have. And then Blaine pulls Kurt into a corner to give him a gift: a box containing a ring made out of gum wrappers. Not an engagement ring, but a promise ring.

Kurt: “But what are you promising?”

Premiere of 'Ray Donovan' continues disrespectful portrayals of the transgender community on Showtime

The new Showtime series Ray Donovan premiered this past Sunday night, and unfortunately started things off with several scenes exploiting transgender people for "shock value" and a cheap laugh. What's worse, anti-trans material is becoming a pattern on Showtime, which is also one of the most LGB-inclusive networks on television.
