Despite living in a state where gay marriage is legal and in a city where there are elected officials that are openly gay, such as the likes of City Council Speaker Christine Quinn, New York-based rapper Loco Ninja finds himself dumbfounded about how gays (particularly men) in the music industry are mistreated, misrepresented and overall pushed aside.

Nueva York, sábado, 16 de marzo del 2013– El sábado se dieron a conocer los recipientes de Premios GLAAD a los Medios de Comunicación en 16 de las 33 categorías de este año durante la entrega de la Vigésima Cuarta edición de los Premios GLAAD, presentados nacionalmente por Ketel One Vodka y Wells Fargo, y a nivel local por Delta Air Lines, en el hotel New York Marriott Marquis en la ciudad de Nueva York.

Pro-Marriage Equality Argentinian Priest Defrocked

A Catholic priest from Argentina was defrocked on Friday for endorsing the measure that legalized same-sex marriage in the South American country in 2010, the Global Post reports.

Father Joe Nicolas Alessio, who served in the central province of Cordoba and was first suspended in 2010, said, "More than 30 years serving God’s people has meant nothing for the Catholic Church. All it took to get thrown out was having an opinion different from that of the archbishop."
