The 19th Annual GLAAD Media Awards honors the year's outstanding representations of lesbians and gay men in the media. The 2008 ceremonies will take place on:

More than 150 media outlets cover the events and more than 5,000 guests attend. Each ceremony includes a 2-hour star-studded awards show. All sponsors also receive VIP admittance to the cocktail reception, auction, dinner and after-party.

In 2007, the GLAAD Media Awards were broadcast for the third time on the MTV Network channel Logo allowing us to reach 87 million LGBT Americans and our allies in homes around the country.
