Fredrik learns the hard way that friends aren't always the best business partners, Luis's dream listing falls apart and Ryan visits the west coast to check out the LA real estate scene.

10:00pm: Nashville, ABC (1 hr) SEASON FINALE

Teddy and Rayna team up for a free concert to spotlight her new music. Elsewhere, Deacon plans a charity concert and Juliette goes missing when Avery plans to serenade her.
