8:00pm: Splash, ABC (1 hr) NEW

This reality series features celebs training and competing in regulation platform and springboard diving. Out Olympian Greg Louganis serves as the show's diving instructor.

8:00pm: Hell's Kitchen, Fox (1 hr) NEW

Contestants compete for the life-changing position as head chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak in the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. This season includes out contestant Amanda Giblin.

8:00pm: The Voice, NBC (2 hrs) NEW

The playoff rounds continue with the Top 16. This season features out musicians Karina Iglesias on Team Shakira and Michelle Chamuel on Team Usher.
