This reality series features celebs training and competing in regulation platform and springboard diving. Out Olympian Greg Louganis serves as the show's diving instructor

8:00pm: Pretty Little Liars, ABC Family (1 hr) SEASON FINALE

In the Season 3 finale, Spencer comes home and assures her friends she is fully recovered. The people she loves have doubts about whether she is truly recovered, while elsewhere, some suprising realizations come to the surface. Check out a sneak peek below.

Patti helps out private chef Khristianne, who you may recognize as the winner of ABC's The Taste, find love. In her personal life, Patti begins dating a man she met online and searches for her biological mother.

Problems arise as Derek, Julia, Karen and Tom adjust to a new environment. Meanwhile, Katie helps Eileen discover how to save "Bombshell" and pressure starts to mount at "Liaisons".
