This week's contestants are competing for a job at Old Homestead, the oldest steakhouse in New York, and must combine a modern sense with respect of the traditions that have put Old Homestead on the map.

Tracie may not be ready to deal with Stamie's three children; Whitney is unsure about Tor moving in, and has an encounter with a former flame; Nikki and Jill discuss writing a book together; and Rose is pressured by her family to reconcile with her mother.
