Mayoral election results are in! Lexi overhears a secret and wonders how to use it, Stefano harshly criticizes EJ for a mistake, and Abby continues to take advantage of Austin's guilt.

9:00pm: Grey's Anatomy, ABC (1 hr) NEW 

Derek's sister visits from Los Angeles to ask for help on a case; Cristina and Owen have a very unpleasant session of marriage counseling; Alex realizes that he must have better people skills to be a good doctor; and Meredith gets a shot at glory when a patient comes in who had caught his hand in a meat grinder. The residents continue to prepare for their upcoming oral boards.

9:00pm: Project Runway All Stars, Lifetime (1 hr) NEW 

Contestants are tasked with creating an outfit for the Broadway revival of Godspell by world famous composer and lyricist Stephen Schwartz.

9:00pm: NY Ink, TLC (1 hr) NEW 

Jessica gets a chance to display the tattoos she has been drawing on the side. Megan moves into a new place, and Tim and Ami search for the best surf in NYC.

Archer and Lana must help Mallory after she finds herself in an awkward situation with the Italian Prime Minister.
