Twitter celebrates Laverne Cox's historic Emmy nomination

The list of nominees for the 66th Primetime Emmy Awards released this morning was among the most LGBT-inclusive lists in Emmy history. Twitter is alive with high praises for Laverne Cox, who became the first transgender person to be nominated for an Emmy in an acting category! She received a nomination for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Sophia Burset in the Netflix series 'Orange is the New Black."
