Trailer released for season two of #GLAADAwards nominee Orange is the New Black

This morning, Netflix released a trailer for the upcoming second season of their hit original series Orange is the New Black, premiering June 6. Get a look at what Sophia, Piper, Alex and the rest will be up to in the new trailer below (warning, language NSFW.)

Orange is the New Black is nominated in Outstanding Comedy Series at the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, and tickets are available now for the May 3 New York awards at The Waldorf Astoria. Series star Laverne Cox (Sophia) was honored with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award at the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards this past Saturday in Los Angeles, where her award was presented by out, Academy Award-nominated actress Ellen Page. During her acceptance, Cox called attention to trans people who have experienced discrimination and been largely ignored by the mainstream media, particularly Monica Jones, a trans woman of color who was recently arrested and convicted for walking while trans. Cox's mother Gloria was also on hand to surprise her daughter on stage in an adorable moment.

The second season of Orange is the New Black premieres on Netflix on June 6.
