#SpiritDay Ambassadors Maria Menounos and Shay Mitchell in 'Extra' Spirit Day Segment

Extra co-host and Spirit Day Ambassador Maria Menounos will be joined by fellow Ambassador Shay Mitchell, as well as Troian Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars) on tonight’s edition of Extra to talk about Spirit Day and why it matters.

Mitchell and Bellisario will also be talking about the October 23 Halloween episode of Pretty Little Liars which features guest star Adam Lambert and what’s next for fan favorite couple Emily (Mitchell) and Paige (Lindsey Shaw). Check local listings and don’t miss Maria and Shay on Extra tonight!
