MTV renews 'Faking It' for season two!

MTV has renewed Faking It for a ten episode second season, Deadline Hollywood reports, ahead of tomorrow's season one finale. Faking It follows high school best friends Amy and Karma who are mistaken for a lesbian couple and decide to go it when they see the positive attention it brings to them at school, but Amy comes to find she has real feelings for her friend.

GLAAD National Spokesperson Wilson Cruz hosted the panel "Beyond Bullying: What's Next for TV's LGBT Teens" with series Executive Producer Carter Covington and cast member Michael Willett (G.B.F.) at the ATX Television Festival in Austin this past Friday.

Catch the season finale of Faking It on MTV tomorrow night at 10:30pm.
